Klynt Coffee Table

A study in contrasts, this table explores the illusion of weightless stone anchored by precisely cornered legs. Stone legs and metal corner details form an expressed joint system that celebrates structural clarity. The tabletop reads as a suspended plane, stone engineered to appear weightless, supported only at its extremities. This tension between monolithic stone and engineered support mirrors traditional architecture, where earth and structure visually and functionally align. The result is a balanced composition of material honesty, visual lightness, and architectural presence.
