The Case Lounge Chair is an interpretation of a classic winged armchair. The form of the chair wraps around the seated person, in a continuous embracing volume. The contour of the arms begin with definition at the front and gradually fades as it moves towards the back, effortlessly dissolving into the chair’s body. This subtle transition creates a fluid silhouette, where structure gives way to softness. Supporting the upholstered shell are four legs that read
like structural stilts – lifting and holding the bucket in place.
