Molly Lounge Chair

Molly is a single homogeneous upholstered form, conceiving the seat and backrest as a homogeneous form – fluid and continuous. Unified upholstery wraps around the back and the seat – encasing this upholstered form is a sculptural frame in cast brass with a bronze finish. The metal structure outlines and supports the wide seat & back, creating the impression that the cushioned body is suspended within it. The smaller iteration is offered as Molly Lounge Chair, while the extended version becomes the Molly Sofa – retaining the same suspended character and material dialogue at a broader scale.
